Well.. I can only tell from my own experience.. I really did become a
mess..
If you resist change and hold on to ego, you will experience
suffering.. you make suffering for yourself until you understand that
it is useless.. you dont have to suffer.. You cannot see for the room
is dark and you try to fight the darkness.. But the darkness cannot
be faught.. It just is.. All you have to do is to light a candle..
And you will see that darkness is only the absense of light..
I used to resist alot.. I didnt want to take my responsibility.. I
just kept trying to flee from my own mess and I got beaten up bigtime
by running around in this darkness... I didnt see where I was going..
I ran around like a zombie.. forgotten that I could make choices..
Like a child doing the opposite of what mother told me.. I struggled
and screamed and cried.. but it only led me to more suffering.. my
ego was so stubborn..
Some spanking from Goddess made me finally give up this immaturity..
I am really happy for this.. I really made it hard for myself, cause
the pain made me wake up.. I experienced my feelings.. I didnt have
strenght to fight them anymore.. All I could do was to accept them...
I was smashed to the ground with a bunghole in my face
haha
And this was a great trick.. :)

You dont have to use the words.. Free will is a cosmic law..

Superior inferior is just inventions of ego.. There is only One.. We
are.. aint that a faboulous gift for ourselves? :)
