This is where I am confused of what some of you are talking about.
What do you mean when you say "feel the K run"? IMO you either
are going through Kundalini or you are not. It doesn't have an on and off
switch. I've heard that you can stop the process but that is something I
would never think of getting involved in doing.
So please explain this to me. Thank you
