Dear Manu,

Yeah! :)) The unknown, especially when it is such a powerful force as K,
can be pretty frightening. Once you know what is happening, it is easier to
accept that you have been blessed by something extraordinary.

The energy can certainly cause us to lose a sense of "who we are." It can
cause us to forget all of our social conditioning--so we exist only in the
present--without preconceived notions of what constitutes "me."

K will bring you to a more unified self. Once K is activated, meditation is
no longer really necessary. K can direct you from here on. Many people here
can relate to what you are experiencing. Welcome to the K-list! :))
