From about age 18 until my late twenties I woke up virtually every night as
the energy surged up my spine to my crown and then I would see faces - old
wizened ancient faces of men and women - I'd try not to look at them - would
get up and turn the light on - not that they were frightening faces, just i
was terrified and thought I was possessed. Had never heard of K then.

Now I see amazing mindblowing patterns in multi colours - which is a lot
more fun. But looking back it's a shame i was scared of the faces maybe.
