What we are being for the most part is a direct result of the past.
However the past doesn't really exist. What exists is what we have held
on to and continue to hold on to in each and every moment until we
finally let go.

If we let go enough then our innate nature of both being and not-being
all that is can become apparent. To me this is above and beyond time.

Because we believe we need it. We believe it serves us. And we believe
we are better off with it than without it. Letting go is made easier by
seeing that we don't really need it anymore. I try to remind myself that
what is within me is always much greater than the illusions I cling to.

Because we have made a vow to ourselves that we can't let go until xyz
happens. And when this has gone on for so long these things get put on
auto-pilot and we often forget about them.

This is what I've been doing of late and it seems to work well for me...
Identify the blockage that you wish to release. All of it if possible
which may take up a lot of inner space in some cases and be wired from
head to toe. Then imagine it is a parcel - wrap it up if you like. And
then you are putting a label or sticker on it which says 'Property of
Goddess'. Finally imagine that you are letting go or leaving the parcel
for Goddess to take care of. Like a delivery person picking up a parcel.
Once it has gone it has gone... Trust that she will do a good job... She
always does :))

I've even gone on to imagine my whole self as having a tag tied to it
saying 'property of goddess'. Feels wonderful.... It's hers and I'm here
to serve.

Best wishes,

Rich
