Subject: [K-list] Chi Kung Again

Hi Keith,

Chi Kung is not a combat style, although most of the postures are taken from
the T'ai Chi. This is an excercise that promotes the development of the
muscles used for combat in T'ai Chi and facillitates the flow of chi thru the
body. The Jackie Chan comment was merely an analogy.
