Here's a bit more...

When you see empty inherent nature, then it's "The fire of inherent
nature is true emptiness. The emptiness of inherent nature is true
fire." Thus our fundamental teacher Shakyamuni Buddha has taught us
lessons in so many precious scriptures and we do not realize it. Many
people who meditate, and when thier bodies get warm, they think it is
the "clumsy fire" (kundalini) arising. I ask you to go investigate
this to see if it is true. It might even be a symptom of illness. In
the generation of warmth in the four intensified practices, warmth and
suppleness go together. When you get the warmth, you are rejuvenated.
When you see empty inherent nature, it is not just the area below
your navel that gets warm; when you see empty inherent nature, then it
will be however you want it to be.

take care
be well
