Hello I just got this new cd that I love Called Seven Metals Singing Bowls of Tibet and the sounds do amazing things to your energy but I have searched the internet for info on these bowls and the health benefits of them but the only informative site I found says very little is known about them so I was hoping that off this list of intelectual people :) maybe someone could tell me a little about them. I read that there are glass ones and that there are copper ones the one on my cd are all copper ones.
