Subject: [K-list] Sue's K Awakening(s)

Hi Sue,

I used the term K-awakening to describe a state of more intense K activity
which brings on sudden realizations and forces me to deal with issues I have
been procrastinating about. This term was probably a confusing way to
describe what I was experiencing. A more succint term might be
"K-energization". As I understand it, once it starts it never completely
stops. It may drop in intensity, even down to the point where there are no
physical symptoms and the mental/emotional state stabilizes, but I think
this is just K giving you time to reflect on what you learned.

Anyway, that's my take on it.

Sincerely,

Jason B
