Hi All.
I'd like to know more about this 'tapping' too! I get it all the time...so frequently (as with most phenomena) I don't notice it as being different any longer. I've really got to get together and start sorting out what happened all those years ago...and have become commonplace for me now, but are much of what you people are talking about. My feeling is to just read and pay attention, and add wherever I can. It feels like an energy of some sort! (the tappings within, that is! It happens at any given time anywhere in my body!)
