Thank you soooo much you have been so helpful I at least understand the smell thing finally I have a couple of spirit guides that I feel by colors one is white and the other is green and smells of pretty flowers they come to me alot while I am healing but not last night I think I was too wired to concentrate on getting them fear kind of took over but let me ask you this while the smoke entitiy was there last night I asked for assistance and it was the strangest thing hopefully you will know more than I here but the sweet smell came with the color white but it would keep alternating with the smoke smell and the color black and pysical discomforts I am not sure what that means would one of my guides that I hadnt met be with me while this negative being was here the alternating smells and sensations were both there for most of the hour and if they were both there was my guide waiting for me to ask for help cuz I just wasnt in a good frame of mind (although in the future I feel pretty confident that I will know what to do I will remember what you said). And will I ever feel pain like headaches and pressure with a good entity or is that the norm with a negative one? Oh and I used to pray when these things happened and it did wonders but since the K has really picked up in intensity for some reason every time I even think of angels or prayer my K intensifies and it becomes more uncomfortable any advice here?

All entities that have the ability to "appear" within this density ( 3d)will have a "scent" I am in the process of trying tolearn who has what scent. So far all "sweet" smeeling scents belong to an angel of some sort. Example; St. Germain has a spicy type scent, A.A. Sandlephon has a mild musk scent. I would advise caution with those scents that smell "bad".
I asked that if this was a negative energy it leave and it did not I also did not feel that it was bad I saw a few visions pop in my head but not alot as far as visual goes.
I would consider that a "bad" energy also. When something like that happens, a casual statment of "are you bad energy" usually is not enough. They will lie, they will give you any image they think will convince you to let them in. The best statement I have had success with is this; " Do you stand within the Light of the Christ conciuosness as I understand it" Make sure that you are "looking" directly at it, if it avoids looking directly at you is will be of bad nature as far as my experiances are concerned.I was told and have had personal experiance many times with its succes, that when an entity is asked this they HAVE TO answer you because they cannot defy free will choice. They can make attempts to trick you into giving free will choice, and that is where your discernment comes in, but they CANNOT ignore it. Once they answer you, and it is of negative energy, state clearly and without doubt or fear of any sort, " In the name of Divine Will and of the Christ Light/Love I choose NOT to have you enter me for any reason" You can change it around to suit you, but allways have the Christ Light/Love phrase. It helps to have the Divine Will phrase also.
This went on for about an hour then I finallly got up and broke contact lol had to go to bed anyway the other times one smelt of strong men's cologne (really caught me off guard) and the other smelt of something really sweet that I can not place. Anyway this has happened before but lately I have noticed that the spiritual stuff is really happening more often so I am wondering how many others have these experiences and if they have any tips
As you awaken your spiritual energy, you become more noticable to the "outer realms" the beings of Light will approach you as well the dark ones. Discernment is absolutly the best defense. Do not allow anything to enter you until you have discerned that it is of positive nature. But I would advise that you wait a while longer or until you get a guide that you can comminucate with clearly. That would be the best thing you can do now, to learn how to connect with a guide who will then be able to teach you all you need to know as far as defense against dark entity attempts to enter you and use you. Image a energy filed of mirrors around you, keep it "on" at all times. cause the reflective aspect to reflect outwards, this will help in haveing better control of the encounters, only those of the Light can tolerate seeing thier reflections. Also, just stay calm, fear just weakens you. Always stand in a state of unconditional Love as best you know how to. Evrytime you medittae or pray, ask for a guide to approach you. Basically call out to the universe your request for better guidence than you have recieved as of yet. The universe will send someone to you. Or you can call out in prayer for a specific angel if you choose to come and help you. Don't expect quick results, they like to make real sure you are speaking from the heart, and not from want/desire.
cuz like the smoke one they can be very overwhelming at times and I know that like the rest of the K process it will take some time to get used to but well lol it is a big thing anyway I am also wondering for future reference how to deal with seeing and hearing them because I have a good feeling that it is coming something just tells me to prepare myself as much as possible since I seem to be moving so fast now
