Greetings and Welcome Aboard

In theory I would say you are correct about being able to surrender to nature
when the analytical mind stops "comes to an end". Let's hope it does not
come to an end all at once so that you still communicate your experiences to
us. :^) The study of zen is a process that "quiets" or "empties" the mind so
that it can be filled by something else. Quiet your mind and focus on your
breathing, these were my first steps toward awakening my kundalini.

Best Regards,
Jason
