Here's what i did to deal with it, not a damn thing, i let it go and
ignored it. I had some of the symptoms like u but not as bad. I would
try to keep my mind off of it, even if it got intense and couldnt
help thinking about it, just let it go and let it do it's own thing,
no meditations no exercises or nothing. If it got too bad i would go
outside for a walk and it would seem to fade away.
That's my solution, it may not work for u, we all react differently
to it from what i understand.
