I have tried most the morning to find a way to post! Perhaps I have finally run on to the KEY!
My kundalini experience started, as far as I know, last April . . and in January it started to come in BIG time. For the longest time it has just stirred in th lower chakras, but lately it is surging upward through the heart center and throat and into my head. I am at odds as to what to do now. Just enjoy or what? I am feeling some depression . . . but cannot be sure that it is from the shifting . .. as it is such a wonderful sensation how could it be? Or is it just clearing something? I have never had so many questions, frustrations and felt . . . so alone with myself. Sue
