Charles,

I don't think it is essential. I have made it this far with symptoms, over 10 years, without the need for it.

I don't know if it is necessary to balance k symptoms. How does one balance the growing of an organism? A flower just grows from seed to bloom. A fetus develops from conception thru birth thru...

K awakening is a second birth. Birth and growing pains are inevitable. We can only nourish ourselves and provide as much as possible an optimum environment for it's unfolding.

Love,
Susan
