Like, I was sitting at my little writing table by the window, looking out
at the street, yesterday morning. I wrote a lot of words but these are the
words that had the most presence:

I like her
That girl walking by
With the big white dog

P.S. EricB had brought up the topic of Kundalini and depression a while back
on HS. David Bozzi had mentioned the link of some foods with depression (and
I think Donuts are one of those foods being loaded with sugar). That topic
may be worth revisiting again and in terms of the actual experiences of
people after ingesting certain foods.
