Good to hear from you! :))

Noises of all sorts seem to be part of the K syndrome. I'll often wake up
hearing a freight train like roar before I experience a surge of K energy. I
don't hear the explosions, but I feel them! :)) I haven't heard "voices"
from my message center for some time, now--but they, too, are pretty common.
Do your voices tell you anything in particular? Any "understandings?" :))

Energies seem to be pretty strong right now for lots of people.
