Subject: [K-list] dozing off..and kaboom!

hi all,

i havent posted in a long time (if ever) and i hope my question
hasnt been discussed in detail before.

for a while now i have been having some strange sensations when i
begin to doze off at night. i havent had the spinning in a long
time, but i have these sensations of distant explosions, noises,
high pitched squeals and voices all the time now.

i do pranayama and some yoga every morning, and it has been since i
started that that the explosions seem to happen. they dont happen
along the central meridian nor do they happen around the crown
chakra. sometimes i feel them in the body but usually i just hear
them.

i have always had strange distant voices that only come into one
hear for a long time, long before my interest in kundalini. it is as
if these sounds are occurring in the room but i know they are not.

ok thanks for readings, i am open to all interpretations.
