Subject: [K-list] Left nostril breathing.

Namaste All,

I have found an effective way of stimulating the right side of my
brain. In pre meditative corpse pose, imagine white light coming up
your legs but have your attention primarily on your left leg. This
switches on the right hemisphere. Or vice a versa of course. Left
nostril breathing helps one relax as well.

Of course alternate nostril breathing is a natural event every few
minutes anyway.

At present I am starting to make progress with my adult onset of
diabetes, which I believe was brought on or triggered by two factors,
1. The stress brought on a couple of years ago with regard to finding
out sai baba was a molesting fraud.( body turns on itself)
2. A dose of hepatitis A that I picked up in Mexico/

Thanks to David Bozzi and his chromium message, and by diet/exercise
I
am now not the fat guy I was in my photo---links......ONS....Tony.
