My awakening started with going all the way up, and just before that I was
having 5-10 second 'mystical' experiences where I was being given all the
answers ie paradox, interconnectedness of everything, non duality etc.

Have spent the intervening years gradually turning those 5-10 second intense
flashes into a more gentle, moment by moment permanent reality - very very
tough to do - though really K guided and I just got dragged through the
bushes backwards hanging onto it's coattails..

Does anyone identify with this?
