hello, I been around for some time in the k list, until recently keeping
quiet to see what others are thinking.

 Ok, these 'zaps' of unexpected chills. first we are going to target that.
 I am going to try to explain how to control the 'when' of it.

ok, when you are real angry to the point of sadness wouldn't you like to
bring this
feeling into you? Or when you are sick to calm your body to the point of
reversing
the feeling of those flu pains ? This is why we want to control the when of
it because it moves
you into another level of awareness,.

 It is possible as I almost can run energy through my body nonstop.
One note for you to remember, any stimulants, alcoholic drinks, and drugs
will make
this impossible to accomplish. At least the end result. This energy is pure
positive
and reflects the energy your body gathers from light and the energy that
travels
through it. It is acceleration of your bodys natural energy consumption.

Ok, now to get on with the control of it.

First you must be in a quiet enviroment, away from the city and other
people.
As to understand what process in your mind controls it, not what thoughts
trigger it
because even the slightest noise, even as distant as it may seem can and
will break
the level of meditation you will need to pinpoint where this feeling is
actually starting.
 I can not jst tell you, look for the feeling to start here nor there as it
may be slightly
different person to person and that would misguide you to finding it.

Second, take plenty of time to relax, do not just try to start cold-turkey.
You have
to give your mind time to clear. Imagine your thoughts as water running down
a pipe
and with every thought you add more water to the top.

Now, imagine something that would be pleasureful, If you are near a
waterfall or
something you consider beautiful in nature , this may accelerate this step.
You
must not only imagine that you are in a place of goodness but you have to
keep your eyes
open and try to imagine it in front of you. Beleive it is there, reach out
and feel its
beauty. Force yourself that you do beleive you feel it being exhistant to
the simple
reach of your arm.

If this step did not trigger this feeling yet then, close your eyes tightly,
imagine a void
of pure darkness in front of you, tence every muscle in your body as hard
and long as you can.
Now open your eyes and beleive it is in front of you once again.

 You may not get it on the first attempt, but, do not give up because it is
worth it.

 Now I will explain why just triggering this feeling is so important.

A: The faster you can bring this feeling teaches you to clear your mind
faster thus stressful
situations will turn simply into a meer moment of stress and turn into past
before the
problem is actually solved.
B: To be able to trigger this feeling in any given enviroment,situation..
You will at first
feel 'seperated' from the ones around you, friends or not, do not feel
depressed as it
is a step that one will go through before the second level of awareness that
derives from
this new found inner energy control.

 Do not think of the energy after this as healing or sence yet look at it as
a new extention
to your physical body.

 I hope you can reach this level. As I cannot explain in words what it
really rewards nor
truly how it will change you forever but I can tell you that you will not
regret it. Even though
at this point after time, you may feel like it is just a trick you can do
and really serves no purporse
but as sure as it exhists, so will new after this mountain has been climbed.

I can tell you more, but not until you try.
