I recently found out the cause to the sniffles I had had Kate. With the
third eye being so active all the time it is hard to notice connections from
others that get placed there. I can normally feel the connections from
others in and around the other chakras, but with the intense energy at the
third eye I missed a connection from someone trying to learn from me. Once
the connection was dropped and the other persons true self told to take the
information gradually as I choose to dish it out, the sinus issues went
away. It was truly affecting me in other ways too. Like driving past my
home and going up to the door of the apartment next door. It took until I
put the key in the door to realize, this isn't my home. I knew something
was up at the time, but wasn't sure what. It took another person to point
out the connection to me. A word of caution to those that choose to
council, snip the connections after the session.

I can also comment on the emotions you may be feeling causing you anguish.
I recently went through a major breakup, and I am counciling someone who is
going through one right now. The best advice I can give is to allow the
emotions to flow through the body. Emotions is Energy in MOTION. If it's
flow is blocked then all sorts of turmoil will manifest in your life and the
emotions will linger much longer. I just wish I had known this at the time
of my breakup. So allow the emotions to flow, but not to take over the
thoughts in the mind. In other words don't figure-figure why the emotion is
there. Realize that there are two emotional systems you are dealing with.
One is the spirits emotion. This emotion can change at the drop of a hat.
It just takes a change in mind. The other emotional system is from the
body. It lags behind the spirits emotions and can bring down the whole
system. The spirit is suppose to be in charge, so don't let the body take
over. It's actually quite interesting to be feeling a depression type
emotion in the body and only notice it in the mind as you do other, more
enlightening, tasks.

emotions alone could feel a book, but I believe that application of this
knowledge will set you on the right track. Let me know if you have any
