It is a pleasure to have your testimony and I am sure it will help future readers or some present lurkers on the list.

The best writer on difficult raising Kundalini is Gopa Krishne, an indian who had a hard time and overcame it.

You type his name on any Powells.com or amazon.com search engine and you'll get his main book : 'Living with Kundalini' (Shambala Dragon Editions).

As for me, I am on the way but not yet arrived. My whole life went back before my eyes when meditating (void meditation) and in my dreams. So I had to digest it again. I am nevertheless wholly electric. My body is buzzing at times. At least mainy the upper parts. And when I wake up in the middle if the night I feel my body working (average intensity buzz) which I dont feel in my sleeep.

So, you'll find very interesting elements in Gopi Krishna (which I am re-reading for the 4th time).
