Imagine a counter clockwise tornado spinning upwards at the outer edge
of your aura, carrying off the excess energy and emotional projections
before they reach your body.. the spin is tuned to the spiralling of the K.
serpents within you. Start the spin by focusing on the spiral of the
serpents, they spiral upwards in a counterclockwise direction. Then
increase the speed and size of the spinning till your body is at the still
place in the eye of the vortex, and anything that comes at you is carried
up and away by the tornado.
This visualization is what Cat referred to when she told about feeling
the spinning as I did healing work on her. I used it to diffuse my empathy
when going out in public, or anytime my energy system needs a quick scrub.
When you are done with the vortex, just imagine it spinning up and away
like a tornado retreating back into the clouds.

Buddhist literature is all about the awakening process, they just don't
use the word "Kundalini". The talk instead of "Buddha nature", or the Self.
All names of Goddess.
blessings..

Soon after his enlightenment, the Buddha passed a man on the road who was
struck by the Buddha's extraordinary radiance and the peacefulness of his
presence. The man stopped and asked, "My friend, what are you? Are you a
celestial being or a god?"
The Buddha replied, "No, I am not."
Are you then a magician or a wizard, or some kind of very special man?
Each time the Buddha replied, "No, I am not."
"Well, my friend, what then are you?"
The Buddha replied, "I am awake".
Unknown.
