Hello, my Loves,

I figured I would be calling up a lot of memories for many people on this list.

Apologies if it brought up more pain than you care to deal with right now.

As to bringing it up in the first place?

Of course, to address Anne's current need for understanding but for a greater purpose. It is frank discussions like this that assist us in our development. Spiritual understanding. I have had a mountain of experiences of which to make some kind of sense. That spiritual understanding was hard won.

Part of our spiritual development requires examining these kinds of experiences and seeing them from a Higher Perspective. Castenada's Toltec shamanism discusses this as "recapitulation." This mindset is more direct about examining beyond the judgmental attitude of "good and bad."
They explain the reasoning and benefit for it. That is just one system that addresses this. There are many others. This one is delightful for its sheer simplicity.

People today forget that God has been working with mankind for thousands of years. God has invested many thousands of years in all of us, carefully noting every tiny development. God gives us many varying systems and structures placed in every culture in which to discover our spirituality and begin interacting with it. "Know Thyself."

It is our job to grow our spiritual vision.

Oddly enough, I have remained dear friends with many Catholic and Jewish and Baptist and Pentecostal and monk and preacher and atheist and Buddhist and Taoist and pagan and extreme fundamentalist people and others (gee, what's left? Ha!). I also no longer deal in the drug of fear. Awareness taught me how to synthesize seemingly disparate elements. Even in Chaos, there is a pattern at work.

When God wants me to tell them something, then I do. When God wants me to remain mute, then I do. I wait and see what God is doing to mature them. Yet all of them trust and respect me. They don't feel threatened. I tell them the Truth they require at that moment in time, if prompted by "the leading of the Holy Spirit." Sometimes, that Truth is about encouragement, sometimes they are hard words to bring greater awareness. I don't walk around with a schedule and table of contents so that people know what God will relate to them that day. I teach them to listen to God for themselves. I remind them that God talks to everyone everywhere. The only thing that "separates" any of us is that some of us choose to take the time and really listen and then act on it. It is available to everyone and anyone can do it. It is only a decision.

Once you reach a level of spiritual maturity, which is acquired by cooperating, allying your ego with your Higher Self, God, your Inner Voice (give it a name. We all know the difference between foolishness and Wisdom. Follow the Wisdom), you come into the Awareness that you have still yet to "arrive" at "final" development. This is a big Universe and Infinite. Even the mature levels have Infinite levels. I have yet to plumb the depths. Besides, it is the Journey that is so much fun!

Higher development is about living inside the Force of Joy! That is why I often sign off with "Much Joy..." in my letters to you all such wonderful (and loved) people. This is passing on the Awareness and the delightful energy that goes with it. Each person will take in only what they choose and will make use of it in their own way for that moment in time. They may even store this energy for later reference or a situation down the road in their development. This is just one of the many ways in which truly unconditional Love really works. Let people choose. I choose to give what I have to give. It is up to others to choose to accept or reject. Rejection is fine too. There are reasons not always apparent at that moment. It may be wise for people to reject at that point in their lives. People often need to just rest on the level of development they are currently residing, gaining understanding of where they exist. When they want to move on to the next higher level, they will do it.

Three of the greatest things we can ALL do to end this kind of unproductive behavior of "lowered vision" both in ourselves and "others" are the following:

Develop ourselves first. Do a thorough job of it. It is too easy to "catch the new vision" and then fall into the delusion that we have "arrived" at final spiritual development. Actually, this kind of behavior is common to the "spiritually young" and has been for thousands of years. God tolerates it because God knows that we eventually grow past it. We may drive each other crazy experiencing this friction but we do grow past it. This friction is referred to in Proverbs where "one man sharpens another as iron sharpens iron." Kindness starts at "home" (the home inside us, our heart). So does Awareness. Take your vision off of others. As each one of us individuals develops then we affect the rest of mankind (including those we previously perceived as abusers). As we develop, then so do they. We all really are connected.

Spend time praying one prayer that can apply to any religion or mindset: Pray truly unconditional Love into yourself first (crown chakra) and then as it flows in allow it to flow out through your heart (heart chakra) in an "L" shape, going out into the environment and touching other people. Unconditional Love of the Upper Levels is often blocked on the lower levels of spiritual development. Be the conduit to bring and return this Awareness. Prayer is generally an "outgoing message" but this is one that does work for all, especially yourself. You know, "help yourself, you end up helping others."

And lastly, most important of all, RAISE YOUR VISION to the Divine Standard. The God energy inside you knows how to carry you on this path. Walk along and check it out. What is the worst case scenario? You don't want to do it just yet? At least you will have experienced it and all the benefits that go along with raising your vision. (This higher vision has to do with merging your ego back into your Higher Self and allowing the world to now "see" only your Higher Self in Its entirety.)

"Lowered vision" is often too much about "us against them." That is separation. Young Christians are as guilty of that as anyone else. We have talked a lot about "the mirror" on this site, we have talked about reflecting each other, we have talked about blaming and anger and irritation and parental and social conditioning ..... you get the idea. You are all very smart and quite perceptive.

Raising your vision is about a lot more than mentally agreeing that you are connected to all others and they to you. Raising your vision is about rising above the process of only "looking" at something and many someones in a superficial manner. Raised vision is about choosing to "see" All that there is. It can be discussed in the neutral form of "character issues." No need for religious references. This is Wisdom.

It takes a lot to climb this mountain, to reach this level. It can't be done by just mouthing a platitude and thinking nice thoughts. This is common in the Christian environment (and plenty of others too).

Just "meaning well" won't get the job done. It is hard work to destroy lowered vision conditioning. Destroying it in others just plain doesn't work. We have to destroy it in ourselves. That is where change comes, from the individual.

It is the "warrior's" mindset. Learn to be mentally tough yet maintain an open heart to still love constantly, employing wisdom. It is too easy to give in to lowered vision and be "clear" on the mental level but still hard-hearted. Hard-heartedness is just another spiritual block and a lock denying us access to spiritual maturity. It often goads us into the need for vengeance because of perceived "wrongs," creating personal destruction as its result.

You literally have to punch through that seeming "glass ceiling" to climb to that new level. It can be exhausting work. Constant meditation and cultivation of unconditional Love helps you to store the energy necessary to access this level. Meditation will help you to choose as to where to begin, help you to assess your development. Think of it as a "business plan" (these silly images will keep you laughing, realizing you can win at this). Are you accomplishing your goals of reaching some level of spiritual maturity? Do "other" people still irritate you? (The questions are ongoing but productive...) It is about checks and balances.

I spent many years in constant meditation and prayer, working up to 12 to 18 hours a day. I earned the reputation of being jokingly called "Moses." I spent all that time "up on the mountain with Father God" asking all the questions of why from the profound to the mundane. He "babysat" me for years, was patient, and told me everything I asked. Since I had "turned my face toward Him, He turned His Face toward me." I chose to ask and then I chose to listen. It's the "not listening" that tends to get us into trouble in life, causing great confusion and frustration and not having "right relations" with people.

It was such a joke with all my friends of various backgrounds. They would call and leave messages and ask if "Moses" wanted to go out to dinner, could "Moses" come out to play, and on. They were often perplexed by what I was doing but instinctively knew not to interfere. They somehow felt "right" about it. It was terribly amusing. We all had a good laugh over it. Even my atheist friends were quite patient. Oddly enough, they were the most interested in the discipline to do it and the experience.

Balance is the greatest thing I have learned from Jesus (for others who do not choose this God the Personal, think along the lines of God the Impersonal as in the Christ consciousness. The tremendous energy is there available to all). He mentored me for decades about this one concept. Throughout childhood I had spent all my time with Father God and Mother Holy Spirit, learning God the Personal, learning the male principle and the female principle. When they placed me with Jesus it was to learn about balancing these two principles. Of course, in the end, I learned more about myself and the God Self and the Universe and God the Impersonal and...you get the idea.

That was just my path. Father God asked my consent every step of the way. Every step had to be my decision. Father God was only going to "baby-sit" me for so long. He expected me to become independent, to learn how to "live inside the law of liberty," able to love others and remain connected to All, maintaining the Higher Vision.

Here it comes..."incoming"!!! (reference to military missiles being fired upon you...)

Much Joy, Love and Peace to You All, (has new meaning now, ha! Keep laughing.)

Denise
