    Miss Chicken:

It is normal, for someone in the early stages of K. to be very
judgmental about what "some people" are likely to do, or not do: be or not
be.. etc.

You graduate this phase, when you realize that everything you see, is
yourself reflected. All of the judgments about "some people" are really
about you. What you do, how you perceive, who you are. You are All that
Is.. you are all those people. What you see in them, is a reflection of who
you are.

Carl Jung describes the "shadow" aspect of the persona as "everything
you think you are not." The parts of ourselves that we reject and project
onto other people, are the parts of ourselves that need love the most.
The ego could also be described as everything you think you are, that
is not infinite. The truth of your Spirit, is Infinite. To become a vessel
of your own spirit- which is the process of becoming' that we call
Kundalini- you have to love everything that you are, *and* give love and
acceptance to everything that you think that you are not... because that
stuff is you, too.
The idea that there is a separation between "I" and "They".. is part of
the illusion of ego, and the shadow that ego casts. We cannot see ourselves
without a mirror, and "other people" are that mirror.
These things are the separation that keeps you from truly knowing
yourself as Infinite Spirit.

There is a very gentle Teacher named Byron Katie who suggests that we
discover the stuff inside of ourselves that needs to be cleared, healed,
forgiven, surrendered, resolved: by ruthlessly judging our neighbors.. then
turn it all around and apply those same judgments to ourselves. Look to see
how those judgments are really all about us, and love and forgive ourselves.

Everything you say about someone else.. is really about you.
Everything you see in someone else.. is a reflection of who you are.
Everything you judge about someone else.. is a part of yourself asking
to be forgiven, accepted, loved.
Everything that you find beautiful in someone else, is a reflection of
the beauty in you.
There is no-one else. You are All that Is. Infinite.

I offer this to you, because I know that you want to grow.. and this
practice, is your next step. Mindfulness.
 blessings..
