Thanks for sharing this, it reminded me to eat - I forget sometimes.
Thich Nath Hanh has such lovely writings on everyday awareness.
It has helped me to stay grounded sometimes, just washing the dishes,
cleaning my cubboard, working in the garden etc. and just being there.
