Hi Nina,

This comes a bit late but it comes... You wrote:

I wanted to learn to meditate in 1978. I knew only
some exercises and little of the philosophy. In spite
of my monkey mind I got into some kind of samadhi
state, which changed all my later life. For about
half a year after that my meditation was just crying.
I was going through a crisis (divorce) in my life and
perhaps crying could be called thorough cleansing. I
was young and ambitious... and in love with my yoga
teacher, so I went on. It is possible that my
experience of "heaven within" took place more because
of love - and less because of the practise.

The crying period was hard. But it ended before I
gave up yoga later on. So according to my experience
it is not permanent. :))) What is your motive to go
on? If you knew what to do, what it would be... :)

Love,
Sasse
