Some k symptoms are more welcome than others, but the transformation as a
whole calls for rejoicing! The music you heard is my constant companion now,
24/7. I hear it as who I really am and where we all arise from, second to
second. The physical weirdnesses and waves of sadness aren't as much fun. I
think during kundalini, the heart changes from a personal potential into a
transpersonal vessel. Sometimes the sadnesses reflect old psychological grit
clearing out, sometimes cultural grit. Sometimes you weep because the sense
of a small self is, indeed, dying. Sometimes you cry just because God needs
your tears and you'll never know why. It has been so hard for me to learn to
accept waves of "negative" feelings with gratitude and without resistance. I
like Angelique's idea of clearing karma for the world, too, like being
lotus-eaters. However you come to understand what is happening to you, know
that your life is not really your own anymore and you are truly blessed!
Love, Holly
