Hi everyone, and happy new year!

I've had some interesting K experiences the past couple of nights, so I
thought I would write about them here. I would love any insight.

When I'm falling asleep, I can feel my astral body, or light body, moving
around. Last night I felt the entire body from head to toe. It "buzzed" for
about ten seconds, then all returned to the usual state. I was in the "me"
consiousness when this occured.

Sometimes when the astral body moves around, my physical body will also
move, but other times it doesn't.

Also, I sense a very bright light above my head when this is going on, but I
am sort of afraid to move up into it.

A lot of the activity I feel is located in the upper back, not just the
spine, but the entire upper back. Sometimes I also feel energy moving up the
front of my body and it leaves from my throat. What does it mean when I feel
the energy leaving me? It feels wonderful, like losing a pound of weight all
at once.

I am so clueless about this, I have no idea what's going on. However, I am
just trying to relax and let it take its course. I signed up for a beginning
yoga class. For a long time I've been worried that taking yoga would
increase K even more, but now I feel OK about that.
