I found this fascinating in its entirety. ( to good to snip)
I have not tried to meditate on any of the chakras as such but have
endevoured to get the micro cosmic orbit to work.
I have read one of Mantak Chias books and endevoured to "sharpen the weapon"
as recomended in the book which does work but I have found that my libido is
not that focused on sexuality at the moment.
 I hope I am in a state of surrender to God of my understanding which
includes Shakti Kundalini in my belief so I am not too fussed by this.
However it may cause problems in my new relation ship. No doubt a balance
will occour of its own accord.
