Dear Susan,

Hope it is OK to answer you publicly.

sometimes goes back up to sounding like there is a big grasshopper
singing in my head. LOL!>>

I know, it is easy to say for me and I acknowledge that there is a lot more
to it then my superficial advice. In retrospect, it is all so simple for me
now... wish I could help more. The magic wand.... Anyway, relax in the fact
that knowing the sound(s) is a boon... as long as it does not become a
boom... wham... bang. Hearing the sounds has to do with K., it is important.
In addition to the grasshopper sound, start noticing a low quiet hum, as
well as the sound of a wooden flute, or recorder. There are a few more but
this gets most ppl' on the right track. Once more sounds are distinguished
the higher hums are not as prevalent and are kind of vibrated out of the way
by the other sonar interferences... But true, one's hearing is affected... a
boon or a bummer :-)
Hatha Yoga Pradipika refers to all the various hums. There is the book by
Harish Yohari (Chakras) he refers to it clearly. Some sutras make it quite a
point... and then there is me (hahaha). Trust me... I know it is so good to
have this happen. (Is there also... or has there been high stress in your
life? Of course... but allowing the impact of life come that closely to your
soul that perilously, so that it gets you to the end of your rope is a
wonderful thing IN RETROSPECT...I mean the daringness of it. There is more
grace to it than one thinks.

Your pineal was very open at birth and actually... I get this from my
clairvoyance (and the chakra biofeedback machine I use, supports this)...
the crown chakra and pineal gland do not actually get blocked... it is just
that there are bottlenecks, so to say, between the chakras. I actually never
use the word blockages, because I do not see it work that way. When ppl have
a problematic chakra it is usually the throat chakra, has to do with the
thyroid and many ppl. could use some natural thyroid medicative drugs. Talk
to your naturopath or homeopath. Most ppl' have been held by the throat,
literally or figuratively (which can even be harder to overcome.) Profuse
yawning and stretching helps a lot and sobbing helps, crying one's heart
out.

Love, Wim
