Hi list,
hope I'm not intruding but just wanted to share some experiences about K and
K blockages. Perhaps Bob has said it best, light exercise and some Yoga. In
my experience this is working the best, take my dog for a walk twice a day,
I love and he loves it. If you are looking for a little discipline to help
you along a dog will do the trick:) Also light yoga in the morning, nothing
fancy just half an hour in the bathroom in front of the mirror. Stretching
your back muscles, legs and perhaps some twists.
My K has been opening now for about6 or 7 years and during that time have
tried full on yoga which made my body feel great but at times it would make
me go numb, completely numb not been able to say a word since mouth is also
numb.
Also found that diet can help, loads of fresh food and water.
I'm now 32 and have quit work in favour of travelling and learning about my
self, not always as easy as it sounds. So have found that doing what you
want to do, or rather what you feel you should also helps.
Just a little on the Question " where do we go?" Well what's wrong with
where we are right now? Imagine with what is being reviled to us and knowing
that we have all this creative energy that can be put to good use, Imagine
what we can achieve here on Earth and for Earth together.
