Hi Susan,

Thank you for the welcome.

"…a real wild place, with emotions very near the surface because
of
all the k fire and activity"

Sounds like my kinda place! :-)

But seriously, I might be able to offer a few words of help every now
and then. I've been dealing with this stuff a long time, and am
finally going public again after about 5 years of doing my own thing.
I was very active on bulletin board sites in the early 90s, so I know
the kinds of crazy stuff that can go on in electronic communities.

I spent a couple of hours this morning writing a note for
the "Kundalini Sex" list with detailed suggestions on how men can go
about preparing themselves for kundalini and tantra. It's under the
topic "Tantric Breathing." I put it over there due to the subject
matter, but it is pretty tame as far as explicitness goes. I mention
it here because I don't think the info is common knowledge, and maybe
a few men from here might find it helpful reading. If anyone thinks
I should repost it over here, I'd be glad to.

I've also done some posting in the past couple of days on
the "Kundaliniheat" list regarding ways of dealing with excessive
spontaneous kundalini experiences. Some of that might be useful to a
few folks around here too. I actually started writing on that topic
about a week ago on the "experiences" board over at the Kundalini
Resource Center site. I just migrated from there to several K-related
lists here on on eGroups.

Eventually I'd like to add to my still fledglng website whatever I
come up with that is deemed to be helpful to others. We'll see how it
goes.

I look forward to meeting some kindred souls, and helping out however
I can.

To those who are reading this who are new to the intensity of
kundalini experiences, I say, don't worry. It will be okay. You are
receiving the greatest gift known to humankind, and you are receivig
it because you have in some way earned it. It may be difficult, but
what great act of nature yielding profound grace and beauty is not?
You will make it through. There is much you can do to make the
experience of transformation bearable. In time, kundalini will become
the source of constant ecstatic bliss in your life.

Best wishes,
Bob
