Patrick has a new address..There will be a meeting in September on the
18 at 6:30 pm about our organization in Texas. There will be another
attempt on legislation of Reiki!! Lets not get caught by surprize..

Call him and get the package for testing etc. so you can be registered.
This is a watchdog group to prevent a monolopy in Texas. The last bill
that was entered into the legislature said that Reiki Practitioners had
registered or certified in Texas with a group were to be grandfather'ed
in if registered by September 1, 2000. That Bill was a re write on the
original one and it basically fell off the table.. If it is submitted
again they may stick the 9/1/2000 in the wording again. So lets get
ourselves registered.. :> The bill will probably be submitted again in
the Nov/Dec Timeframe of this year.
