Here's another somebody who has had to stop meditating periodically when
kundalini energy is high -- unless you call trying to cool down in a bathtub
meditating. The idea that I might control kundalini boggles my mind. She's
been in charge of my life for 5 years (and doing quite a bang-up job, I might
add!). If I didn't surrender to her I'd be dead. Holly
