That is pathetic! How could you start from one thing - borrowing the notion
of Kundalini from a long spiritual tradition of India and Yoga - and come up
with a completely reversed thing like "meditation is not always good for
people with Kundalini awakening ..." ?

This is something that would induce many people in error.

You see, Kundalini is the sum of all forces in the human being. It is the
sum of all experiences and the totality of all states of consciousness. It
is the fundamental Shakti of any being.

Don't try to reinvent Kundalini. It has been discovered, studied and
described better than you can describe it by liberated yogini and gurus of
many spiritual traditions in India. They all say exactly the opposite of
what you're saying.

"We must ALWAYS practice meditation" ... quoted from Sri Ramakrisna

"Concentration and meditation truly are the ones that, in the end, lead you
to the realization of your self (that is to reach spiritual liberation)."
quoted from Swami Shivananda

"The secret is that the union with God ('yoga' literally means 'union')
cannot be accomplished without the help of a perfectly calm mind. Whatever
is the path that you choose to reach God, the mind must permanently be
under the control of the yogi
and not the yogi under the control of the mind." ... quoted from Sri
Ramakrisna

"Yoga is the stopping of the modifications of the mind" - The first sutra of
Yoga Sutra, Patanjali.
"The modifications must be removed by meditation". - The first sutra of Yoga
Sutra, Patanjali.

Check the manual. Meditation is the way!

Practically what are you suggesting ? That we should just let us be
"controlled" by Kundalini and let it do it's way with us, and we should just
endure it like some stupid and weak people that have no interest in taking
controll of their energies ?
EVEN Kundalini must be under our STRICT control ! There is no exception to
this rule, every energy must be controlled and used in a divine and
inspirate manner.

It is good to meditate, especially when you have Kundlaini active. You
should focus your energy to make your seven chackras pure of any blocks and
to make your mind stable in meditation. You should know that once you have
an active Kundalini you can't easily stop it. Don't ignore it, just let it
pass through your every situation of life and elevate you to a divine state
of consciousness that in time becomes permanent.

Meditate at least one or two hours a day with Kundalini, laya and mantra
yoga, practice asanas and most important : yama and niyama. Search for books
and for proper guidance from a guru. Yes, you need a guru, don't do it on
your own because you don't know what you're getting into and what you're
missing.

Use Kundalini to achieve Samadhi and to reach the spiritual Illumination.
Don't complain about it because it is a gift. If you feel you are not
prepared for it then pray to God to stop it and start some basic yoga work
to prepare better for next time.

Meditate, meditate a lot.
