I don't have either AOL nor Hotmail but one of my messages never made it to
the list though the people I copied it to received it. I just thought it was
not meant to be posted here so I gave up.

We have probably stumbled over a case of "abducted mails"! The psychic among
you, please investigate so that we can set up an emergency rescue center and
counseling service for those poor emails, in case we ever find them again.
Even if the worse is to have happened, it would still be nice to recover
their corpses so that we can give them a decent burial... Has anyone
received an offer to get their email back for a ransom? Have you alerted the
FBI or, even better, Interpol? Has SETI been able to track any of them down
or they just vaporized in the solar flares? Maybe they were not abducted but
run away themselves, benefiting from the shadow offered by one or the other
of the 3 eclipses this month.

Counseling help is urgently needed for the bereaved mail programs.
