Dear Freyja,

Sushumna is the main energy channel or Nadi. It is very important in every
technique dealing with energy in our body. The secondary Nadi is Ida and
Pinggala which act as a balancing system for Sushumna. When Sushumna has
too hot energy, Ida will do balancing and when Sushumna has too cold
energy, pinggala will do balancing work. That is technically. Mentally, Ida
and Pinggala should balance as well to give balance attitude and mental
condition to a person.

In ordinary people, the Sushumna is right away in the centre of the
backbone, from the Perineum, between the anus and genital organ, to the
tail bone and ended at the knot of Crown Chakra. When your Kundalini is
awakened, Sushumna will expand and in its maximum condition, it will have
the size as wide as your body.

Ida and Pinggala themself have several state which can confuse new
Kundalini practitioner. In several Kundalini books, there are several
description about Ida and Pinggala. Several books say Ida and Pinggala is
straight channels, Ida on the left and Pinggala on the right, while other
books say Ida and Pinggala are cross back and forth at the chakra or
between chakras. Actuallyy they are all right depend on how we see them.

There are many energy current or flow in sushumna. You may have Kundalini,
Rei Ki, Prana, Inner Power and many other energy flowing together in the
suhsumna. Note that IMHO, Prana, Rei Ki or Kundalini are not the same
energy. Mostly all kind of energy give the same sensation, like warm or hot
in sushumna or our body. So, there is no guarantee that when you fell hot
or warm in your sushumna, mean your Kundalini is awakened already. But,
Kundalini awakening via Sushumna or Pinggala opening will mostly give hot
or warm sensation in our sushumna/body. This is a kind of misunderstanding
among us.

Well, talking about Tummo Rei Ki, I'd like to suggest you to ask anything
you want to know in my mailing list: Kundalini_ReikiATnospamegroups.com (English
languange based mailing list. The Indonesian language version is
Reiki-kundaliniATnospamegroups.com)

It is very difficult for me to differentiate between explaining and
promoting in this case, since Tummo Rei Ki is a new technique. So, the best
way is to contact me privately or joining my list since I do not want to
have second warning from the member of this list as I had received before.

L&L,
Rama
