Subject: [K-list] Question about heat
From: CJ

On 2000/06/07 05:35, CJ posted thus to the K-list:

Hi K-folks,

I'm wondering about the heat I'm feeling in my back...it usually happens
when I'm sitting at the pc, maybe since I zone out here, but I don't know.
The heat happens in specific places. Sometimes at the base of my spine,
sometimes in the middle of my back and sometimes at my neck.

Yesterday I tried to reach out to a person who is generally mean to me - (a
really unhappy person). This morning when I was sitting here thinking about
why I did that, the middle of my back started burning; inside and out - I
could feel it with my hand.

So, I was thinking (oh, no! ;) ) why the specific areas? I know heat is
associated with getting rid of karma...does it have anything to do with the
chakras?

Peace,
carla
