although i agree about the rightness of coming out of the higher realms to
participate in life (including helping those who are hurting), this
statement feels like it emphasizes suffering and excludes other sides of
physical life...

i feel like we are created here to share in the full drama of life
together... including joy, laughing, eating, drinking, singing, laughing,
walking, creating, bouncing in the waves, laughing, making love, as well as
sharing in the pain that life can be so full of sometimes...

this is just to add to your point, El... not to criticize it...
