There is a saying in Chinese medicine: chi follows blood. So, anyplace that
blood is in the body, chi is. If you are sensitive to chi, and ever wake up
with "pins and needles" in your foot--that is, no circulation, you would also
be aware that there is no chi there. Move it around and chi returns.
