I used to. It used to be very messy, bloody, especially around 8-10 years
ago. I even tried. (but i'm still here :)
Now I still have visions of death but much much less. Plus, I know that only
the ego is supposed to die. So I use such visions to dettached myself from
my ego. So when I see in my mind's eye a person that look like me and that
is holding a gun to his head or try to hang himself or whatever, i say:
"yes, Ego, you die! Me, I live on!"

NLP?
Angelique did that to me three days ago. (Thanks again to Angelique and to
all those who dropped in to give her a hand!)
I had a lot of unresolved issues of fears and feelings of impotence (to
control my life to do something positive with it). A lot of it was linked to
my father and to the troubled relationship my siblings and I had with him. I
went a long way to heal myself, especially during the last few years. I
stopped having unpleasant dreams about my father a long time ago. But I
guess the job was not finished and something deeper within me still needed
healing.
For that Angelique helped a lot. She got me to visualise myself as a baby. I
saw myself, in my mind's eye, in the maternity ward. Under Angelique
guidance, I imagined myself as a loving, perfect baby. The baby me forgave
my father for all the things that i am *judging* as bad that he would do to
me. The baby forgave my siblings in the same way. The baby also forgave all
the bad things i did myself.
Next to the baby's crib, I saw my father, looking young, as he did nearly 30
years ago. I picked the baby up. He was not the angry character like i got
to know him. He was a proud, loving father. He was holding the baby up at
arms length looking at him (me) and smiling. It's the first time i see my
father this way. A nice picture to behold. I'll keep this picture and use it
when needed.
