LOL!! It's easiest to imagine standing behind the person then step
forward into them.

I call that a "lighthouse".. I don't project them onto other folks
tho, I put one on myself to call them to me. There is one on the list,
too.. to draw those who need a hand to hold, thru their process.

Yep, lately I have found it effective to "give back" whatever is left
unprocessed after a Karma munch session, rather than continuing to process
it thru my own body.
