I think it just means that you are very strong...
I experience the same, but in a different way.
I experience it with my thoughts... When i'm meditating
i often hear things crunching and popping (like a lamp or the roof)
(this only happens when i meditate, *never* at any other activity or *any* other
time)
And if someone disturbs me when i'm meditating... wow! beware! =]
the crunching and popping turns into a huuuuuge kaboom and ***POP!***
VERY VERY loud. so loud that it actually scares me like an explosion
in a war would....

Perhaps it is the proof (but i can merely speculate) that people
do not have to be physically strong to survive, and PERHAPS there
could become people who are highly specialized in certain things.
(empathic, telekinetic, etcetera... but then again, i'm only speculating...) :)
