Subject: [K-list] temperature?

Hi everyone, I've just discovered this site and look forward to
reading the postings. I'm new to kundalini work and have been using
a kundalini yoga video, which is a nice gentle set of exercises
designed mainly I think for clearing. (There's no kundalini yoga
teacher within hundreds of miles of here). I have a few questions I
hope someone might be able to answer, sorry if this has already been
covered...As I do the video and it slowly moves up the chakras, I
experience real heat in each centre and it feels as though heat is
moving or being dragged up the spine. Does temperature denote level
of clearing being done, blockages that need to be worked on? What
does
temperature tell us, what role does it play? Also, why does kundalini
work seem to precipitate heightened interest in sexual expression?
 ...jane
