Well, energy may be all that "is" in our 4d-continuum, but All That Is
(caps intended) contains for me all the stuff that is outside our
perception (or any other perceiver), outside time & space. So the word
"is" may be slightly inappropriate. However, the ATI phrase gives me an
all-too-convenient handle for the word-transcending phenomenon, so I don't
like using it.

That would a bit too much like a leap of faith for me. I have seen several
"models" for spirit, emotions, and mind, and none of them is
"fundamental" and thus none of them is really useful for philosophizing
(for my purposes, at least). Using them practically, therapeutically or
whatever may be a different thing.

But how do we seperate emotions from the state of brain? Is every state of
brain an emotion, or does emotion just represent some subset of the state,
involving limbic system/whatever?
