Dear El,

These distinctions make some sense to me. I would accept being in the
ecstatic-sensualist camp--with a skeptical bent thrown in! :)) I've often
wondered whether those whose "path" is "inquiry" rather than "surrender" have
different reactions to the energy. It also could be that those who see
"visions" are more apt to be artistic in nature and those who experience
"voices" tend to be more verbal.

I don't discount, though, that for some the energy unleashed is simply more
powerful--and simply for that reason alone the experiences may be more
diverse.
