Woo. That is difficult. To apply this to something/someone that
grinds our insides, which we see as detrimental. A challenge.

I used this mechanism to transition past my negative attachment
to certain situations in my life. These people took advantage of
me, and threatened loss of attention/praise/affection should I not
follow their worldview. How can you see any good in something like
That?

It's another one of those stupid things you find your own reason
for resolving. The message, not the messenger. In one, it was the
motivation to learn that people are people first, and bearers of
light and wisdom second. In another, it was that this person was
working out own issues, but just happened to have something I
wanted/needed. In yet another, I was caught up in the little play-
act, and actually benefited from it, although much of the sharing
is detrimental.

I guess the only way I have preserved my worldview is to see all
actions and interactions as something to both learn from, and
something to move from - not the end of the road, just another
rung in the ladder, step in the road.

to
listen for the spiritual message and ignore the messenger.
