Thank you for your answer Amanda!

Am so glad you could corroborate my experiences as well, I very often get
negative answers from readers on this topic.

Amanda, I don't know about your "tantric sexual exercise" yet, but I'll wait
with telling you (until you've been able to put your exercise into words),
how I have been able to recover the bliss state as 'irreversible'...and yes
that it was very "tantricky sexual". There are no mood swings whatsoever
anymore, the state of bliss being steady.... just waves of glory over that
ocean of deep happiness.
Bliss that stands on its own...
The opposite of the real state of bliss is the illusion of suffering...
This is of course a "non-opposite" as it is illusory.
Hahaha
I know there are a lot of western moral/mental behaviour patterns, Hindu
scriptures and guru pronouncements that would not agree with me there
(unconditional bliss, the pain/happiness dichotomy), Nisargadatta for one
has quotes that would disagree... but then who is he...:-)
I really like guru bashing, real gurus don't mind it either :-)

>I can feel the energy working and know that
>fear as well as bliss is only stimulation of
>the nerves

You are so right there, especially about the bliss.... but then something
new happens when that bliss has become irreversible... who knows, maybe I
will get into writing more about that...

>that the soul (which individual
>soul ?) was damned to
>hell etc etc.

I've got quite a big story to tell on that, already alluded to that a few
posts ago about my 4 hour visionary and mystical experience of the
Manadala/World the other day.
"AS THE WHEEL TURNS" Ah, the Buddha (Siddharta Gautama Shakyamuni) was such
a 'right-on guy'... get to know and understand him more and more. That
karmic wheel as it is normally so statically depicted is extremely
'vortically' dynamic... it is actually tremendously beautiful... If the
Buddha were living now (hehehehe:-), he is of course, incarnated as he is in
everybody, though not all the time recognized :-(, he would be surprised...
We in these days, have come a long way in understanding the world
scientifically... on the sub-atomic level.... the 'chaos' thing, the
'mandelbrot' thing, the 'anarchic' thing...
Neat thing about the Buddha's authentic and ultimate teaching is his(?)
"Void", that truth is so tremendously neat, it came through at the end and
culmination of my last mystical vision so well.
The VOID, scientifically we only understand it mathematically... wait till
scientists REALIZE it as well, all the mad scientist will and have...

>hell etc etc.

About hell...? I do a lot of work during night hours in those realms that we
used to call hell and purgatory .

>a feeling being slowly roasted
>over open fire.

Go with it and enjoy-it-by-not-putting-qualities-on-it, no whining allowed
in Kundalini Land.

>The body feels like air at times,
>vibrating in tune with the primordial sound
>AUM,
Yeah, yeah.

>and then there is the confusion of
>bliss or pain.

It will be bliss only and forever, you just wait... trust this thing OK?

> "I"'ll dig in and stick it out.

Right on, only way to go. Do not be worried too much about that pronoun "I"
The problem we have in the WESTERN WORLD with ego is largely moralistic and
judgemental, very envy driven.
Before the protestant revolution in Christianity, the idea about ego was
different than what it is now, and when they talk about ego in oriental
traditions not exactly the same is meant with ego as what we in our western
world understand by it. There is a lot of BS in ego bashing. I did write
quite a bit about that in previous posts, I don't know if you have read
them. Are you a recent member of this list or were you a lurker before?

>What is illness really, what is insanity ?

Mental illness or insanity is a sign of a person not being able and willing
to make the usual hypocritical compromises anymore... Insanity is the
throwing away of the 'sane normal world', we die to that world of delusion
and illusion... If anything, an insane person is the one who is getting to
terms with delusion and illusion and will at some point denounce ALL THAT as
crap and BS. The Way, the Truth and the Life, ALL THIS will be uncompromised
henceforth. Yeah.

>The void cannot be limited by such things.
>Yes, the void may be seen as a precipice of
>madness, but as long as one is a witness,
>one can hover above it for a good long
>while.

Read up on the VOID, the Prajna Paramita Sutra is all about "Form is
Emptiness-Emptiness is Form." Look it up on the net somewhere. I've got a
post on it as well.

>Oh, by the way, the Ajna chakra is the seat
>of the ego in higher functions.
>The ego really is a problem.

I will send you the posts I wrote on that if you are interested.

Love always,
Wim
